Site supervisors will be expected to effectively manage and organize their assigned sites; therefore, there are many important requirements associated with being a supervisor.  The following is a list of example responsibilities (but not limited to): Supervisors will be required to lead their sites by implementing daily lesson plans; maintaining and monitoring employee performance and professionalism; establishing participant and/or parent relationships; maintaining accurate attendance records; establishing a fun and team-spirited atmosphere; and, communicating regularly with the NJTLT program director.  If you plan to apply for a SITE SUPERVISOR position, briefly explain why you believe you are capable of fulfilling the duties of this position.
